My 450xh suffered a power surge. A few days after replacing the main board and charging cable, I noticed problems staying straight on course when following the guide wires, as well as missing the charging station by an inch or two while attempting to dock.
The correct part was shipped quickly. After opening it back up and replacing this loop sensor board, the mower stuck like glue following the guide wire and successfully docked on the first try.
I read the step by step instructions on your website on how to diagnose the no loop signal error. It led me to believe that this is the part I needed, and it turned out to be the truth. Thanks for posting the range of numbers in the mower status that would show that it is the faulty part indeed.
It was easy to install. Now the mower works again, and the numbers are back to the normal parameters, too. They shipped fast.
Product came on time. Good service. Unfortunately, mower still has no loop signal, so back to the drawing board.
