I’m calling this a three in one upgrade, because you’re getting the larger diameter cutting disc, a smaller diameter skid plate and to top it off, you also get the five blade cutting disc. I watched Dwight’s video explaining the reason to upgrade and I was sold. I have a 2016 450X and am always looking to prolong my mower life and get a better cut. This kit does it all, but I’ll have to wait a few months to try it out, since it’s still winter here in the south. I’ll keep you updated….

Since I just installed the disk kit on my 430XH I can't provide a reasonable review on its operation. However, I can say that the installation was easy. I watched the installation video put out by RMS and that made the job go smoothly. Time will tell on how it compares to the original 3 blade disk.

After I thought I had gotten the wrong parts for my 450xh I found out I was wrong. This time of the year we get a lot of grass spiked that are hard to cut. After installing the 5 blade kit the mower is doing a better than job of cutting these. Very impressed with product and the support from robotic mower services. Would buy again.

I was watching my mower cut and something didnt look right. After watching your YouTube video I realized the last time I replaced the skid plate I must have ordered the wrong size. (the larger one) and the blades were barely getting past the plate. Decided at the same time to upgrade to the 5 blade disk. Its working great.
