In this video we walk you through the steps to install the 5 blade cutting disk conversion kit on a @HusqvarnaUSA 410iQ, 420iQ, & 440iQ Automower. This is a simple conversion that can be done using basic hand tools (T20 screwdriver, 4mm Allen Wrench, and possibly a pair of channel lock pliers). After many Automower owners upgraded their 3 blade cutting disk on their 430X, 450X, 430XH, and 450XH Automowers, the Automower community was quick to ask about being able to use a 5 blade cutting disk on the 410iQ, 420iQ, and 440iQ Automowers. This kit makes this possible. The kit comes with an adapter, 5 blade cutting disk, cutting disk mounting screws, and a longer screw for the bearing hub assembly. This kit also allows the skid plate to be used which helps cutting performance by blocking long grass and debris in the lawn area from wrapping around the blade screws. This Sunseeker X7 PLUS robotic lawn mower was installed by @RoboticMowerServices to maintain a multiple zone lawn area that is shown in the opening of the video. The interesting part is that this multi zone lawn area is on the roof of the 3rd floor parking garage at a premium apartment community in Philadelphia, PA. This is the type of job that a Sunseeker robotic mower is the perfect solution for since it does not require a boundary wire, can easily cross over the walkways, is small enough to mow the narrow sections on the sides without damaging the grass while avoiding the plants in the flower beds, and because the mower stays at this site. That last part is a huge advantage that the Sunseeker X7 PLUS robotic lawn mower has over conventional mowers. When this lawn was mowed with conventional gas powered mowers it required loading the mower into the elevator to get it to the 3rd floor roof top.
